Seasonal Gardening.

Apple and Cherry trees are still available, plus 'soft fruit' such as gooseberries, rhubarb, currants and figs.

Think about planting Japanese maples, as their elegant foliage will enhance your garden, and they look superb in pots.

Place Solar Lights in your garden to add interest in the evenings, particularly when you want to feature plants at night, see a path, and create a talking point.

Feeding the birds is a delightful hobby, and watching the robins, blue tits and goldfinches flock in to your garden is a joy.

Water plants are in stock, including pygmy lilies for small ponds, plus, of course, oxygenators.

Daffodil, tulip and crocus bulbs will be in soon, but are delayed due to dry ground conditions.

Colourful bedding to brighten your garden is still available, and new season violas are in, ready for an autumn display.

Rudbeckia's and Crocosmia's are particularly looking good at the moment so get some whilst stocks last.
